Hal Perdew, CEO & President

Hal has spent most of his career building and growing companies.  Prior to founding Patriot, Hal was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Finance for EZ Prints, Inc., a privately held venture-backed light manufacturing company.  During his tenure there, the company grew revenues from $4.3MM to over $20MM while increasing headcount from 25 to over 100 employees.  Previously, he was the Regional Vice President (“RVP”) for Public Storage Pickup Services, a subsidiary of Public Storage, the world’s largest self storage company with a market capitalization $15.2 billion.  As the RVP, Hal was responsible for all aspects of the business for a third of the United States.

Hal holds a BS degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland, and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from The Anderson School at UCLA.

Kelly Perdew, EVP & General Counsel

After winning the Season 2 of the NBC hit show, The Apprentice, Perdew served as an Executive Vice President in the Trump Organization in New York, where he managed several real estate projects and the Trump Ice bottled water brand and worked directly for Donald Trump for a year. 

He is now the CEO of RotoHog.com, a fantasy sports platform provider for major sports leagues and media companies such as NBA.com, Turner Digital, Pro Football Weekly, Fox Espanol and the AVP.  RotoHog is funded by Allen & Co, Mission Ventures, DFJ Dragon (China Fund), and Sports Capital Partners Worldwide.

Perdew was previously the President of ProElite.com; an online social network that provides tools for combat sports enthusiasts.  While at the helm of ProElite.com, Perdew helped the management team raised over $40M, including more than $9M from CBS, and inked a three-year exclusive deal with Showtime for airing its mixed martial arts (“MMA”) fights, and televised the first network primetime MMA fight on CBS. 

Perdew has held numerous leadership positions in such companies as CoreObjects Software; MotorPride.com, K12 Productions, and eteamz.com.  He was the president of eteamz.com, the largest amateur sport portal on the web, and helped build the company which is now serving more than 3 million amateur sports teams as part of Active Networks.  He was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting in the Braxton Strategy Practice and served in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer and Airborne Ranger.

Perdew is a nationally recognized speaker on leadership, technology, career development and entrepreneurship.  He earned a BS from the US Military Academy, West Point, a JD from the UCLA School of Law, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.  Perdew  is author of  Take Command: 10 Leadership Principles I Learned in the Military and Put to Work for Donald Trump,” that provides guidance on how anyone can develop their leadership capabilities and he donates a percentage of the royalties to the USO and was host of GI Factory on the Military Channel. He is a national celebrity spokesperson for Big Brothers/Sisters and The National Guard Youth Challenge Program.  Perdew received a Presidential Appointment to the President’s Council on Civic Participation and Service in 2006 and was re-appointed in 2008.
